AIMMS Technical Consultant

AIMMS Technical Consultant / Architect - Fully Remote (CET hours) - Contract / Freelance

I am currently working with a trusted client to support their AIMMS function. The scope of the project is to define, clarify and deliver on technical requirements, around SAP and planning tool integrations, working with the business to roll out global planning templates to local markets.

We are looking for a freelance / Self employed Architect / consultant with strong experience on AIMMS projects. The successful candidate will:

• Architect and design end-to-end AIMMS-based solutions for planning, optimisation, or supply chain use cases
• Translate business requirements into robust mathematical models and optimisation workflows
• Lead application development, configuration, and deployment on the AIMMS platform
• Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to define user journeys and solution scope
• Ensure solution scalability, performance, and data integration with existing systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, BI tools)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing, training, and go-live readiness
