Responsibilities

  • Development of focal plane and sensor electronics
  • Electronic design of detector architecture
  • High-speed ADC development (1MHz - 100 MHz)
  • Analog signal simulation
  • Design of analog chains with RMS noise of 0.1 mV or 10-4 pA/sqr(Hz)
  • Analysis and simulation of electrical systems for satellites
  • Support in defining and developing new technologies
  • Analyzing customer and business requirements
  • Breaking down high-level requirements into functional and subsystem requirements
  • Supporting the definition of functional and electrical architectures
  • Design phases: Concept, Implementation, Verification & Testing
  • Supporting project staff and other disciplines in data processing and digital engineering
  • Supporting relevant operations and AIT activities

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent in electronics, physics, electrical, mechatronics, industrial, aerospace engineering, or related fields
  • Detailed knowledge of CCD & CMOS detector architectures
  • Experience in analog detector signal processing
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • German language skills are an advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
