We are looking for a dedicated Analyst / Consultant (m/w/d) to strengthen our Bio‑Industry team in Hamburg. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute to a sustainable future by driving the necessary change processes in the pulp and paper industry and related sectors within our Bio‑Industry ODT team.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Implement optimisation projects for clients in the pulp and paper industry and related sectors as part of an international consulting team focused on Operational Excellence.
• Develop and run workshops with clients to identify and address efficiency gaps in technical and administrative workflows, and redefine and implement core processes.
• Collaborate closely with clients to derive transformation strategies based on customer data and employee insights.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency gains in production, supply chain and maintenance, reduce process disruptions and eliminate unnecessary interfaces.
• Lead change management activities, identify change management needs and work closely with clients and their staff to support organisational transformation – requiring strong communication in German.

Ihr Profil

• Strong university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Paper Technology or Engineering.
• Ideally first experience in the pulp and paper industry or related fields through work or internships.
• Experience in Supply Chain (procurement, logistics, production planning, etc.).
• Background in designing target operating models, organisation design and process design from a consulting perspective.
• A strong analytical and quantitative mindset with affinity for IT and digital solutions.
• Professional proficiency in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client sites.
• High enthusiasm for ever‑changing challenges and enjoyment of collaboration.
