Analytics Director

Grow a multi-faceted Data Analytics unit within an already established media agency in Dusseldorf.

You will join a team of 40 staff and be responsible for leading all client relationships and solution development from a Data Analytics perspective. The business is approximately 50% ATL and 50% BTL.

Initially, you will need to be a hands-on modeller and coder, but the team will grow to at least 10 over the next 24 months, allowing this role to transition to one focused on team leadership, strategy, and client management.

The role reports directly to the MD of this established global media agency.

First 12 months:

• Key participant in new business wins, establishing the Data Analytics proposition
• Hire 2-3 key team members
• Embed with the company's key clients
• Develop new propositions and offerings for Data Analytics

Analytics Director Experience:

• Significant commercial experience managing Data Analytics projects in media
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R (technical background required)
• Team management and growth experience
• Experience in an agency or services business involving data-driven business wins or pitches is highly desirable
• Quantitative academic background (Economics, Maths, Stats, etc.)
