The app will be built using Bubble.io and no-code tools, designed as a progressive web app for field surveyors conducting property inspections. The project requires a clean, intuitive interface inspired by leading property survey apps, with robust offline capabilities and secure data management. The developer will collaborate closely with the client, delivering milestones and incorporating iterative feedback throughout the 6-8 week timeline. There is potential for ongoing work or SaaS product development based on project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a progressive web app using Bubble.io and no-code platforms
• Implement a survey creation workflow tailored for property inspections
• Integrate GPS-tagged photo capture and voice note functionality
• Incorporate AI-powered defect detection using OpenAI and Google Vision APIs
• Enable automated report generation and Google Maps location services
• Ensure secure data management and offline functionality for field use
• Deliver a fully functional, mobile-responsive app with a professional UI/UX
• Collaborate on milestones, provide regular updates, and iterate based on feedback
• Reference and draw inspiration from leading property survey and inspection apps

Skills and Requirements
