The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Qt/C++ Application Developer to join an established team working on the evolution of a sophisticated, long-term product suite. The role involves hands-on development, close coordination with stakeholders, and responsibility for guiding the application’s future direction. You'll be empowered to shape technical decisions while benefiting from a collaborative and technically strong environment.

Role Highlights

• Location: Munich (up to 60% remote flexibility)
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: up to 24 months (ANU)
• Hours: 35–40 hours per week
• Languages: Fluent German required, basic English
• Security Clearance: Not required

Your Responsibilities

• Extend and maintain a complex application built in Qt (QML and Widgets)
• Independently capture and refine requirements with end users and integration teams
• Coordinate closely with interface partners across the organisation
• Contribute to internal documentation and user guidance processes

Your Profile

• Strong experience with Qt (QML and Qt Widgets) and modern C++
• Solid understanding of Git, CMake, and Visual Studio environments
• Embedded application experience is a significant advantage
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience (the role is not suitable for entry-level candidates)

Compensation

For mid-level developers (3–5 years): €60,000–€75,000 gross annually
For experienced professionals (5+ years): €75,000–€90,000 gross annually
