As an Associate Director, you will lead innovative projects that transform and improve the performance of our clients’ properties.
The Opportunity: We are looking for an Associate Director to join our Property Advisory Services Discipline in Berlin, Germany. As Associate Director Asset and Operations your responsibilities will focus on client relationship management as well as business development. You can work partly remote through flexible, self-organized work.
Join our discipline of Programme and Project Managers, Transaction Advisors and Sustainability Specialists as an Associate Director focusing on the Property market. You will focus on bringing together our services and skills to support clients in assets and operations to invest in, grow and protect the value of their physical asset and to make sure they achieve their business and sustainable development objectives.
We also value extensive experience in the property/real estate sector, preferably with deep consulting experience and understanding of industry specific programmes and transformation processes within assets and operations. Strong ability to engage with clients at high organisational levels, knowledge of decision‑making processes at high organisational levels and real estate programme implementation. Proven experience in client relationship management and a strong understanding of the Property Advisory Services sector. Preferably with Asset and Portfolio Managers and across the property asset classes office, logistic, retail, mixed use and living. A deep understanding of existing buildings, refurbishment and repositioning on an architectural and engineering perspective. Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills and effective communication with clients and design teams as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. An independent working manner and an entrepreneurial intellect with high levels of creativity, engagement, motivation and conceptual skills. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
