As a Marketing Specialist, you will:

1. Develop creative campaigns and promotions to enhance our Ruby Workspaces visibility.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to attract new tenants.
3. Build and maintain strong partnerships to strengthen our community.
4. Create engaging employer branding campaigns and communicate our brand authentically.
5. Plan and execute brand events that inspire and connect.
6. Develop marketing materials and manage our social media content.
7. Support projects related to corporate design, storytelling, and brand consistency, including training.

Requirements include a degree in Business, Marketing, Hotel Management, or similar, with around 5 years of relevant experience. You should have a keen sense of trends, responsibility, creativity, excellent communication skills in German and English, and self-organization skills.
