AVIATION - HR Business Partner (m/w/d)

As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are looking for a HR Business Partner (f/m/d) in Finkenwerder .

Your tasks:

• Advising the business on all people related matters

• Drive the execution of business HR plans and support on the release and reading of HR metrics & reports to the management

• Cascade and apply HR policy, Ethics & Compliance standards & national labour regulations towards the management

• Ensure coherency and harmonization within the implementation of the compensation and benefits, training, recruitment policies in coordination with the management and according to business objectives

• Support and encourage the development of all employees

• Ensure appropriate consequential management when needed

Your profile:

• Very good communication skills

• Independent, careful and conscientious way of working

• High level of integrity and awareness of potential compliance risks

• High level of service and customer orientation in order to meet the needs of various stakeholders
