Overview

Business & Test Analyst – Capital Markets, Treasury & Risk Control

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Contract: Long-term project

Trust in Soda is partnered with a leading financial institution in Frankfurt, supporting a strategic transformation and system migration program . We are looking for an experienced Business & Test Analyst with strong expertise across Capital Markets (CM), Treasury (TRY), and Risk Control (RC) to join this high-impact initiative.

Responsibilities

Conduct business analysis and specification of processes within CM, TRY, and RC domains.
Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders.
Create and maintain user stories in Jira , ensuring clarity and alignment with business needs.
Define and execute functional test cases .
Support quality assurance and validation of implementations.
Analyse interfaces and data flows between Murex and surrounding systems.
Document processes and solutions in Confluence and internal business concepts.
Collaborate closely with business units and external partners to ensure requirements are met.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in capital markets, treasury, and risk control .
Strong track record in system implementation and migration projects .
Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and their technical/operational impact.
Experience with agile methods and tools such as Jira, Confluence, ALM .
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and third-party providers.
