Position Overview

We are seeking a Campaign Manager (m/w/d) for a globally leading E-Commerce company. This role involves managing end-to-end campaigns across various channels in the German market, collaborating with local marketing teams, utilizing automation tools, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results.

Responsibilities

1. Manage all O&O campaigns (email, push, onsite, etc.) in Germany.
2. Coordinate with local marketing teams on campaign details, copy, and creatives.
3. Use automation tools and templates to enhance efficiency.
4. Monitor and optimize campaigns in real-time to meet performance goals.
5. Ensure quality assurance of all campaign assets, including pre-launch checks.
6. Generate reports and insights in collaboration with the analytics team.
7. Serve as the main contact for the international marketing team.
8. Develop and implement local messaging strategies to increase customer engagement and revenue.

Qualifications

1. Several years of experience in campaign management, ideally in e-commerce or FMCG sectors.
2. Strong project management and organizational skills.
3. Hands-on mentality with a responsible and structured working style.
4. Technical understanding of data-driven marketing tools and strategies.
5. Proficiency with automation tools and performance tracking.
6. Experience working with international, cross-functional teams.
7. Excellent German and good English language skills, both spoken and written.
