The Role :

As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you'll work with a portfolio of new clients to help them build and optimize their first online advertising campaigns. You'll act as a trusted consultant guiding businesses to success through impactful Google Ads strategies.

What You'll Do :

• Develop and manage PPC campaigns for new clients
• Detect customer needs and objectives, ensuring campaign success
• Upsell and grow client investment while boosting sustainability
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment

What We're Looking For :

• German at C2 level and high level of English
• 1-2 years experience in sales and/or online advertising (digital marketing experience is a big plus!)
• Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent (Marketing/Communications a plus)
