Channel Marketing Specialist DACH

We are looking for an optimistic and results-driven individual to join Insta360 for a unique opportunity to help build Insta360's EU/Germany office based in Munich, Germany. Insta360 is a global company headquartered in Shenzhen, the Silicon Valley of China, with offices in Japan, the United States, and Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to support sales objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and channel partners to create marketing programs that enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Design and implement promotional campaigns, sales materials, and digital marketing initiatives tailored for channel partners.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales data to optimize marketing strategies and partner engagement.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing resources, training materials, and tools to support the sales team and partners.
  • Develop co-marketing programs and initiatives to strengthen partner relationships and improve sales performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of channel marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with corporate guidelines across all channel marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product marketing, brand management, and regional sales teams, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on channel marketing activities and ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in channel marketing, sales support, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and channel marketing strategies.
  • Experience working with distribution partners, resellers, or retail sales channels.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
