As a design engineer, you contribute to the development of a new CAD program. You will serve as the link between users and the software development team for CAD, providing valuable input for designing Dlubal software products. Your responsibilities include developing new program concepts, presenting new features, and supporting users to maximize the benefits of our structural analysis and CAD programs, driven by our motto "Enjoy Structural Analysis…".

This Applies to You
- Completed training as a civil or design engineer
- At least five years of professional experience in this field
- Experience in creating design plans (position plans, reinforcement drawings, or workshop plans) in Service Phases 3-5
- Familiarity with CAD programs Allplan, Strakon, Revit, Tekla, and AutoCAD
- Ideally, BIM-oriented modeling experience
- Determined, committed, and service-oriented
- Excellent German (C1 or higher) and good English (B2 or higher) skills
Your Contribution to Success
- Link between application and development: Use your practical experience to enhance our structural analysis software in CAD. Gather customer feedback, draft concepts for CAD functions and BIM features, and coordinate with the development team.
- Assist users: Undergo extensive training and directly support users in CAD & BIM via email or phone, ensuring technical queries are resolved and users are satisfied.
- Conduct training: Use your expertise to train colleagues and customers on CAD and BIM features.
- Market analysis: Monitor the market, observe competitors, and identify extensions needed to improve customer experience.
