Clinical Support Specialist – Sleep & Respiratory

Our client specializes in delivering cutting‑edge implants and services that improve patient care and empower healthcare professionals.

They are seeking a dedicated and motivated Clinical Specialist to join their team. This role involves working closely with both patients and healthcare professionals, providing education, training, and post‑care support in the field of sleep & respiratory solutions.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the growth of the business while working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

Provide post‑care support to patients, including assistance in sleep labs.
Train and educate employees in sleep and respiratory clinics to ensure best practices.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Conduct regular one‑to‑one calls with team members to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Work independently in the field while contributing as a team player.
Occasionally travel to company events or meetings.

Qualifications

Background in sleep/respiratory related healthcare or similar clinical experience is highly desirable.
A self‑motivated individual with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining close connections with team members and employees.
Previous experience in a clinical support or training role is a plus.
