About The Role
Drive Business Performance:

• Track performance against financial top-line plans, brand share, and cash flow measures.
• Lead the BPM cycle for Germany with Northern Europe teams.
• Proactively drive commercial teams to understand external influences and trends impacting performance.
  

Business Partnership:

• Drive the commercial strategy and performance agenda together with the Country Director Germany
• Develop strategic approaches to annual customer negotiation strategies.
  

Strategic Initiatives

• Support critical initiatives that secure continued value-creating growth for Diageo in Northern Europe.
  

About You
We are looking for someone who can elevate our game by bringing diverse experiences from consultancy, mid-sized organizations, or large FMCG matrix organizations – ideally a mix of different perspectives.

• Minimum 5 years ofFinance or Commercial Finance experience.
• Fluency in German
• Highly analytical and numerate. Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Business partnering skills, ability to influence senior partners.
• Skilled to drive actions and decisions on the back of financial analysis.
