The company acts as a general contractor, executing projects in building construction, industrial, energy, and infrastructure sectors.

Position: Construction Manager for Traction Works (Projects in Germany)

Your Responsibilities:

Supervise construction works based on contract requirements, technical documentation, schedules, and quality standards, specifically in traction networks and related works.
Organize the construction site within the assigned scope, including equipment, materials, and workforce.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during construction.
Monitor the project budget continuously.
Analyze and evaluate submitted offers.
Participate in project acceptance processes.
Handle settlement of works with the client, including preparing necessary documentation.

Our Expectations:

Higher education in construction, electrical power engineering, or traction networks.
At least 3 years of experience in traction network projects.
Mobility and availability for ongoing projects.
Proficiency in German language.
