• As a content designer, you will be responsible for the conception and visual preparation of digital content and publications (social ads, landing pages, presentations, newsletters, lookbooks, etc.). You will work directly with the management (Chief Creative Officer).
• In your position, you will ensure that the content is prepared in an effective, user-friendly and target-oriented way and conveys the desired messages in the best possible way. Your focus is on the visual and informative content that our customers and target groups interact with.
• As an interdisciplinary team player, you are in constant communication with colleagues from the areas of design, web development, sales and product management and ensure that all brand content meets the high standards of corporate design & identity and supports the information needs of our target groups in the best possible way.
  

What You Can Expect

Your Profile

• Completed studies (communications/marketing, design, journalism or similar) or comparable qualification.
• 2+ years of experience in content design / content strategy or a related field, preferably in a digital marketing or UX/UI design environment.
• You always think "outside the box" to generate innovative content ideas and concepts that resonate with our target group and support the company's goals.
• A feel for trends, best practices and industry standards in digital marketing and design, especially in the areas of content marketing, conversion optimization and user experience.
• You have a strong concept and love working independently and in a results-oriented manner.
• You are confident in using common layout and design tools (InDesign, Photoshop or similar).
• You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of creativity and quality.
