Control System Engineer

BMS / EPMS Controls Engineer (Contract)Location: Europe (Data Center Project) Travel Required 50% / Rotational Set-upContract Type: Freelance / Outside IR35 Edison Smart are hiring on behalf of a data center client for experienced BMS / EPMS Controls Engineers to support current projects in Central Europe. Responsibilities: • Commission and integrate BMS or EPMS systems on large-scale sites. • Troubleshoot control networks, PLCs, and field devices. • Review and adjust system logic, alarms, and performance. • Work closely with project and commissioning teams to deliver on time. Requirements: • Proven experience with BMS or EPMS systems in data centers or critical facilities. • Strong understanding of control networks and industrial protocols (Modbus, BACnet, SNMP). • Hands-on with platforms such as Schneider, Siemens, Tridium, or Honeywell. • Available to travel and work on-site in Europe as required.
