What You Can Expect

• You act as a sparring partner and shaper of our business-related issues and financial processes related to our digital business.
• You support and further develop our existing reporting/controlling processes.
• Classic controlling tasks such as revenue planning, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, as well as annual planning are also part of your responsibilities.
• Analyzing cost structures and developing improvement proposals for our project business, especially project controlling, is familiar to you.
• Your tasks also include ad-hoc topics, special analyses, evaluations of business cases, and participation in interdisciplinary projects.
  

What You Bring Along

• You have successfully completed your business studies and have at least 3 years of professional experience in controlling (business controlling or group controlling) or in the consulting environment.
• Ideally, you already have experience in the service or IT/software sector or digital agencies, but it's not a "must-have."
• Your qualities such as analytical skills, affinity for numbers and processes, and organizational skills are complemented by communication skills, agility, assertiveness, pragmatism, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• You have an interest in digital developments. Working independently and proactively is natural for you.
• General knowledge of financial controlling and consolidation using HGB and IFRS are a huge plus.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel), as well as very good German (C1 or higher) and good English skills complete your profile.
