Overview

Hydraid® is a young, rapidly growing start‑up from Munich. We develop scientifically‑funded functional drinks on a powder base for athletes and active people. Our goal is to become the brand for smart rehydration in Germany and Europe.

Responsibilities

Develop copy & headlines for Paid Social, Amazon Ads, Display, Performance Video, and OOH – clear, activating, on point.
Continuously optimise copy, tone and claims using KPIs and testing results.
Conceive funnel mechanisms, retention campaigns and launch concepts for our products and partners.
Generate new ideas ranging from A/B‑test scenarios, retargeting paths, promotions and action campaigns.
Collaborate with the Performance team to create sales‑driving assets from a creative and strategic perspective.
Create texts and content for ads, our website, landing pages, email marketing and CRM flows.
Support sport, influencer and ambassador partnerships with activating concepts & copy.
Design conversion‑driven content ideas for social media, UGC & creator campaigns.

Qualifications

At least 3 years’ experience in paid copywriting, digital marketing or content creation.
Expertise in headlines, hooks, angles and clear marketing messages; knows what works in online ad formats.
Strong sense of conversion drivers, CTA optimisation, channel differences and user psychology.
Ability to craft compelling ad concepts and execute them independently with design and video teams.
Experience in DTC, growth teams or performance marketing is a clear plus.
Data‑driven mindset with a creative flair; enjoys understanding the cause‑and‑effect of high and low performing ads.
Self‑initiative, pace and enthusiasm for a growing, exciting startup and its mission.
Flexibility to work in a start‑up environment and willingness to move the needle daily.
