IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Creative Leadership & Team Management: You lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and excellence by providing strategic and content-driven guidance across projects.
• Strategic Campaign Development: You drive the development of creative concepts and campaign strategies from ideation to execution. You ensure alignment with client goals brand identity and market trends.
• Creative Process Ownership: You oversee and optimize creative workflows ensuring high-quality output across motion and design teams involved in hands-on design execution.
• Pitch Leadership: You take the strategic lead in pitch processes from initial concept to final presentation. You collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to deliver compelling insight-driven proposals.
• Client Relations & Direction: You build trust through clear communication strategic thinking and visionary leadership.
• Idea & Innovation Champion: You promote a strong creative mindset within the team and encourage proactive ideation and push boundaries to elevate our creative output.

TO SUCCEED YOU NEED

• You bring more than 5 years of professional experience in creative agencies or similar environments.
• You have proven leadership experience and the knowledge on how to develop inspire and manage creative talent teams and processes.
• Your strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills enable you to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• You bring a deep understanding of design principles with a focus on copywriting and campaign development.
• Communicating and presenting in English are second nature to you.
• You are passionate about gaming esports and digital entertainment and can connect brands to these audiences authentically.
• You are a true teamplayer with experience in cross-functional collaboration and in jointly developing lean processes.

• You speak German fluently.
• You have led award-winning campaigns or pitches.
• You are up to date with esports trends and communities.
