Customer Education Specialist, Electrophysiology (m/w/d) Germany

We seek a proactive professional to plan, align, and execute the country EP education plan and programs for field support personnel and customers. This role involves needs assessments, monitoring learner progress, and leading the mentorship program in the country. Develop healthcare professional (HCP) programs to address local educational needs while leveraging EHQ programs. Conduct local HCP programs, establish criteria for evaluating training effectiveness, and continuously update lesson plans to reflect new training requirements and technical advancements.
In This Role, You Will Be Responsible To
- Represent and own the internal and external training plan for the country, tailoring learning experiences to meet local needs.
- Develop a plan for all new hire employees and current employees to complete progressive curricula within required timelines.
- Conduct a needs assessment for HCPs in collaboration with the local marketing team in the region.
- Develop a plan to address HCP education needs aligned with EHQ education plan, integrating both EHQ programs and local programs.
- Track and support the progress of employee-learners, ensuring development goals are met and exceeded.
- Identify educational gaps with managers and mentors and implement solutions to meet timelines.
- Provide feedback to the EHQ team on program improvements and adaptations.
- Lead the mentorship program, supporting mentors and evaluating outcomes for continuous improvement with EHQ Med Ed and country leadership.
- Execute, track, and monitor results for all HCP education programs in the country, balancing EHQ and country-specific programs, defining metrics and monitoring progress.
- Manage budget for all country MedEd activities in collaboration with country marketing and business teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal/external stakeholders as a liaison for country educational matters.
- Serve as the country Subject Matter Expert in EP and Education topics, keeping up with new technologies and launch learnings.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders and network within the country organization and EHQ team.
- Collaborate on the development of digital platforms and the Learning Management System, defining needs and integrating platforms into curricula.
- Stay informed of industry standards and trends, ensuring compliance with governing agency guidelines.
- Develop a professional development plan with your direct supervisor and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures to meet quality and regulatory commitments.
- Leverage tools and programs across the organization and ensure branding consistency.
What Are We Looking For In You
- Around 4-5 years' experience in Medical Education or Customer programs or Field support roles, with Electrophysiology, 3D mapping, Pulse-Field Ablation (PFA) and Single Shot field support experience (minimum 3 years).
- Training and Medical Education background is highly valued (2 years).
- Experience in developing educational platforms, e-learning programs, and digital content is highly valued.
- University degree or equivalent with solid expertise in Rhythm Management and EP (disease, product, clinical).
- Team player with collaborative attitude; strong customer focus and problem-solving orientation.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills; fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel (around 30% annually).
