This challenge awaits you: You will shape the future of data-driven sales at IAV and lay the foundation for data‑based decisions with your work. With your expertise in data architecture, reporting, and AI‑supported applications, you will create transparency across our sales pipeline and strengthen the organization’s strategic control capabilities. You will play a key role in ensuring that our sales team can rely on reliable data – for greater efficiency, impact, and sustainability.

Your Tasks

• You define standards for quality assurance in the sales pipeline and ensure reliable, high‑quality sales data as a basis for strategic and operational decisions
• You continuously develop CRM and dashboard solutions in collaboration with IT and drive the implementation of strategic measures to improve the IT and reporting landscape
• You harmonize data processes and are responsible for their technical design
• You evaluate and integrate AI‑based functions to increase efficiency in CRM systems
• You ensure high data quality through consistent data architecture

Necessary Skills

• Degree in (business) information technology, data analysis, mathematics, or a related field
• In‑depth knowledge of data analysis and IT
• Good technical knowledge of sales and reporting tools such as SAC and Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience in translating technical requirements into technical solutions, particularly in the CRM and reporting environment
• Competence in working with IT teams
• Very good knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good knowledge of English (at least B2 level)

Desired Skills

• You think in terms of system logic and develop solutions with a high degree of automation
• You have experience with AI‑supported sales applications and their data requirements
• You are confident in acting as the interface between IT and sales
• You work in a structured and independent manner and strive for technical excellence
