Accountabilities

• Master healthcare claims payment policies and operational concepts to inform model development.
• Build, refine, and optimize machine learning models to identify errors, inefficiencies, and fraud in healthcare claims.
• Curate and interpret large-scale, complex datasets to support feature engineering and model accuracy.
• Measure model performance against real-world outcomes and provide actionable operational recommendations.
• Develop technical frameworks, tools, and pipelines to improve team efficiency and scale solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement production-ready solutions and ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience solving real-world business problems using data and machine learning.
• Proven ability to contribute at the team level by developing frameworks and tools that improve workflow efficiency.
• Experience handling large, complex, and potentially unclean datasets.
• Ability to measure and optimize the business impact of data science initiatives.
• Experience building production-quality code, deploying models, and developing robust data pipelines.
