Your profile

• IT training (IT specialist, IT systems electronics technician or similar), career changer with relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of server & storage hardware (HP, Dell, Sun, IBM, Cisco)
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving network and server problems
• Understanding of data center cabling and space planning
• Knowledge of German and English

Your tasks

• Error analysis and repair of server and storage systems
• Implementation of configurations and development of solution concepts
• Monitoring of incidents and processing via ticket systems
• Coordination with manufacturers for the resolution of hardware problems
• Supervision of server rack layouts, structured cabling and data center room planning
• Planning and implementation of server and data center relocations
