We are seeking an experienced leader to drive sales and marketing for a global catering services provider. The position is based in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for sales and marketing in Germany, shaping the future of four catering brands in alignment with international corporate goals.
• Develop and implement an overarching sales and marketing strategy, defining market and customer focus areas and steering implementation.
• Operate your sales and marketing team (currently four direct reports), oversee activities from lead generation to contract closing, and contribute to tenders and pricing calculations.
• Ensure a consistent brand presence, maintain sustainable customer relationships, and build strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and HR to implement plans efficiently and report directly to the executive management.

Profile

• Entrepreneurial leader with strong experience in sales and marketing management in catering or related business.
• Strategic vision combined with hands‑on approach and high customer orientation.
• Excellent market knowledge, robust networking and proven experience with tenders, contracts and pricing.
• Empathetic manager who develops team structures and processes.
• Travel readiness, initiative, and good German and English language skills.
