Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product teams to coordinate all operational, strategic, and tactical activities affecting the worldwide commercial supply of products.
• Ensure consistent product quality, safety, and efficacy across the network.
• Optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining regulatory and quality standards.
• Develop and implement product supply strategies in alignment with the overarching product strategy.
• Facilitate reporting, information sharing, discussions, and decision-making across relevant teams and governance bodies within Technical Operations and the broader organization (BNT).
• Ensure alignment and coordination between Technical Operations governance bodies and product governance bodies.
• Identify and address conflicts, dependencies, and risks that may impact product supply or operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted product supply and operational continuity.

What you have to offer

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration).
• Proven experience, 10 years in technical Operations/product supply, supply chain, or a related field within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Preferably hands-on experience in at least two relevant functions.
• Experience in commercial supply chain management for monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) or antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making abilities.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, manufacturing processes, QC and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering results.
