Your Tasks

• Conceptual design and project planning of automation systems and manufacturing IT systems in the pharmaceutical industry
• Creation of electrical I&C and automation concepts based on project-specific process plant planning / process engineering
• Preparation of specifications and tender documents for hardware instrumentation and automation components ready for awarding
• Programming automation systems where necessary
• Creating and editing automation documentation with the user software systems available on the market
• Carrying out FAT and SAT for software and automation solutions for our suppliers and customers
• Supporting our well-known customers with acceptance tests installations commissioning and qualification
• Reporting and documenting your activities in accordance with the specifications

Your Profile

• Completed technical training or studies (specializing in electrical engineering automation technology) or comparable training
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position ideally in the pharmaceutical industry and / or in the installation and servicing of process systems
• Knowledge of standard hardware (electrical instrumentation and automation components) and the associated software (control SCADA systems and DCS systems)
• Preferably experience in programming automation and visualization systems (incl. commissioning)
• Ideally you have basic knowledge of industrial IT / OT
• Ideally you have knowledge in the area of functional safety
• Willingness to undergo continuous further training
• Ability and willingness to work in a team strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
• Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
• Willingness to travel in the D / A / CH region
