Reason for vacancy: Replacement

Contract conditions: Full-time, permanent

Main Tasks:

• Lead and support optimization projects for raw materials and packaging materials with suppliers and the global team
• Organize and execute supplier audits
• Collect, evaluate, and trend quality-relevant data for other departments
• Prepare complaints and quality reports in English and German
• Support out-of-specification (OOS) measures for raw materials and packaging, including report creation
• Implement, document, evaluate, and track measures from internal quality audits
• Create deviations, OOS reports, and process changes; evaluate trends and initiate improvements for raw materials and packaging

Your Profile:

• Degree in natural sciences or engineering, preferably in chemistry or materials sciences
• Experience in quality management, preferably in pharmaceuticals or GMP environments
• Proficiency in MS Office, statistical methods, and familiarity with SAP is desirable
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Assertiveness and conflict resolution abilities
