European Marketing / Sales Manager

My client is looking for a dynamic, creative, and hungry Marketing Manager to manage all marketing for a fast-growing and up-and-coming fintech company in Europe.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career, as the company is fully backed by a bank. It has been growing year on year since 2013 and is on track to hit $1 billion in 2017.

The company has 5 offices in Europe – France, UK, Germany, Luxembourg, and Ireland – and this role is based in London with travel to Paris.

You will ideally have B2B marketplace, ecommerce, and fintech experience. You will need to be driven and dynamic with a creative streak to take the brand forward.

• You will have a good budget of €350,000 to work with for all marketing activity.
• You will have an international outlook.
• With autonomy on strategy, signed off by the management team, you will need to be a self-starter.
• To enhance the brand, you will need to have creative ideas to push the brand forward and execute them.
• You can expect to travel to Paris once a month or more, depending on requirements.
• Experience in managing teams is essential.
• You should have 3-8 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• You have experience in managing agencies.
• Fluency in English is key; French would be an advantage.
