We are looking for a motivated Executive Leadership Team Assistant to join the CWS Hygiene team at our Dreieich office. In this role you will support our Executive Leadership Team with all organizational and administrative tasks, from scheduling meetings and coordinating travel to creating presentations and managing day‑to‑day operations.

Responsibilities

• Proactive support in all administrative, coordination and organizational matters.
• Independent management of smaller projects and initiatives.
• Preparation of presentations, meeting documents, and decision templates.
• Planning, organizing and coordinating in‑person and virtual meetings, conferences and workshops.
• Processing and coordinating internal business processes to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Travel management for domestic and international trips, including travel expense accounting.
• Communication interface for cross‑functional issues.
• Correspondence in German and English at a high linguistic level.

Skills & Qualifications

• Several years of proven experience as an assistant or in a similar professional role.
• Strong ability to quickly understand and navigate complex topics and processes.
• Excellent command of MS Office and business‑fluent English skills.
• Experience with Workday is a strong advantage, but not a requirement.
• Willingness to work on‑site at the Dreieich office when the team is present.
• High level of commitment, flexibility, and genuine enthusiasm for professional responsibilities.
• Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of accountability and absolute confidentiality.
