Executive Vice President Corporate Strategy

As Head of Corporate Strategy, you actively shape the strategic direction of our company. You analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic initiatives that strengthen our position in the energy market. The role requires a distinct combination of strategic and visionary qualities, an integrative management approach, and transformative implementation skills to align the complex demands of the dynamic and regulated energy market with PNE's goals.

We are looking for a Head of Corporate Strategy (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible – based in Hamburg or flexibly at another location by mutual agreement

YOUR TASKS

• You are responsible for developing and implementing the corporate strategy to ensure long-term competitiveness.
• You conduct market, competition, and trend analyses in the national and international energy sector, thereby securing our position.
• You identify and evaluate strategic growth areas with a focus on developing shareholder value.
• You lead strategic projects and initiatives in close collaboration with the Business Development and Organizational Development departments as well as top management.
• You are responsible for decision-making templates and presentations for the executive board and supervisory board.
• You support M&A projects as well as partnerships and investment decisions.
• You ensure that strategic KPI reporting for success measurement is always up to date.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a completed university degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on organizational development.
• You have at least 10 years of professional experience in the energy sector, with at least 5 years in strategic roles (Corporate Strategy, M&A, Business Development, etc.).
• You have experience in managing complex projects and interdisciplinary teams.
• You are strong in leadership, conceptually confident, and possess a high level of analytical and organizational competence.
• You are a strong communicator at all levels and bring presentation confidence at the top management level.
• You are fluent in German and English.
