Job Description:

• Design and develop UX concepts for desktop and mobile applications in collaboration with product owners, developers, and UX designers.
• Translate business requirements and research insights into product features using Design System components.
• Facilitate UX workshops with a Service Design Thinking mindset to support and shape business concepts.
• Create UX/UI concepts with a hands-on approach using Figma, Miro, and other relevant design tools.
• Contribute to the company's digital acceleration and the evolution of its digital product landscape.
• Actively participate in and contribute to the design and developer community within a multicultural environment.
• Require at least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in a digital product development environment, preferably in logistics or similar fields.
• Expert skills in Figma with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills.
• Proficiency in working with UX specifications in tools like Miro, Confluence, and Jira.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and UXD interaction principles.
• Proficiency in Service Design Thinking toolkit, including workshop facilitation skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working in a multilingual and multicultural environment with a willingness to learn from different cultures.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of German and French is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel.
