About the Role

Are you ready to shape your future with confidence? At EY-Parthenon, you will work closely with CEOs, executives, and private equity firms on transaction-based transformations from strategic planning to execution across various industries. You will engage in projects involving strategic realignment, optimization, transformative deals, and restructuring. Using data-driven insights and AI technologies, you will help open new markets, drive growth, and develop impactful corporate and capital strategies.

Your Responsibilities

Based in Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, or Munich, you will support complex business transformations—ranging from carve-outs to post-merger integrations and joint ventures—and actively shape transactions of all sizes. Your tasks include:

• Developing carve-out or integration strategies and implementing them across all business areas.
• Supporting all transaction phases, including target analysis, partner outreach, due diligence, investor presentations, negotiations, contract signing, and planning and execution on both sell-side and buy-side.
• Managing relationships with national and international clients within functional and sector-specific teams.
• Taking responsibility for project progress and providing technical leadership to team members early in your career.

Your Skills

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative fields, with an interest in strategy and transaction consulting.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in strategy, transaction, or restructuring consulting, or relevant experience in finance or corporate sectors, including international exposure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German (C1 or higher) and English, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
