We are looking for a Handschweißer (m/w/d) to support our production team, starting as soon as possible:

Permanent, Full-time, 40 hours/week

Responsibilities include:

• Order processing according to work volume in the ERP system
• Positioning complex assemblies in fixtures and welding them with handheld welding equipment
• Proficient handling of WIG, MIG/MAG, and arc welding (E-Hand)
• Understanding technical drawings and welding plans
• Handling WPS, recognizing corrections, and coordinating with welding specialists
• Ensuring compliance with welding standards (e.g., DIN EN ISO 960) and GIGANT norms
• Mastering different welding positions
• Rigging welding fixtures according to ERP specifications
• Operating the welding robot (loading material, selecting, and running programs)
• Rigging welding cells and adjusting manufacturing parameters
• Inspecting small parts/assemblies for accuracy using provided bill of materials/drawings

Required skills and experience:

• Practical experience as a welder in metal active gas welding (MAG)
• Technical or craft training advantageous
• Ability to read and implement technical drawings confidently
• Valid welding certifications required
• Experience with PC applications
• High flexibility, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work shifts
