My client is a cutting-edge semiconductor company specialising in energy-efficient analog and mixed-signal solutions, powering the technology behind today’s most advanced systems. They are looking for a Field Sales Engineer to join their team for the Upper Bavaria and Austria region. This position will be responsible to grow their business in the region and perform Account Management activities along with their sales team and create long term relationships with them.

Essential Functions

Contribute to their revenue growth in the region through direct and indirect technical sales activities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the business
Support customer designs with deep technical support from start to finish
Identify and develop new business opportunities with the team and partners

Qualifications

3-5 years’ experience in the electronics market, semiconductors ideally with experience in power management and analog systems
Willingness to travel to customers
Self-driven and willing to build up their Europe emerging customer business
Ability to communicate with the direct customers and build long term relationships.
Oral/written proficiency in English and German is a must
