We're looking for a Flutter Developer who's passionate about frontend engineering, UI/UX design, and building high-quality applications. If you're eager to develop innovative solutions in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

OCELL is a Munich-based climate-tech startup that offers data-driven, high-quality carbon credits to support local landowners. Our mission is to unlock the full potential of forests and make a significant contribution to climate mitigation.

To achieve this, we use aerial photographs, data from various sources, and artificial intelligence to create 'digital twins' of forests. These provide valuable insights into forest growth, current carbon storage capacity, and enable us to predict optimal forest management strategies. With our state-of-the-art technology and unwavering commitment to data transparency, we ensure the effectiveness of our solutions.

Tasks

• Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve the Dynamic Forest frontend using Flutter & Dart.
• Lead architectural decisions and uphold code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing.
• Drive UI improvements and help shape an outstanding user experience.
• Build reusable components and libraries to streamline development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to keep the app stable and performant.

Requirements

• You have completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on Flutter mobile development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Dart and a solid grasp of Flutter's architecture.
• Proven track record building and deploying cross-platform apps for iOS, Android & Web.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter.
• Problem solver with attention to detail and solid debugging skills.
• Familiar with app store deployment processes for both Google Play and the App Store.
• You have a passion for UI/UX and a keen eye for detail.
• You communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken).
• You are based in Munich, Germany and available to work on-site.
