Job Description

This role focuses on designing and implementing an automated workflow that connects Pipedrive CRM with SharePoint using Microsoft Power Automate. The objective is to eliminate manual steps by automatically creating a SharePoint site with a pre-configured folder structure whenever a new deal is created in Pipedrive. The automation will also add team members, set site permissions to public, ensure group visibility in Outlook for Mac, and update Pipedrive with the SharePoint site’s web address. This position is ideal for professionals experienced in workflow automation, SharePoint administration, and CRM integrations, aiming to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy a Power Automate flow to trigger on new deal creation in Pipedrive.
• Automatically create a SharePoint site using a standard template.
• Configure a predefined folder structure within the new SharePoint site.
• Add designated team members to the site and assign appropriate permissions.
• Set site permissions to public and ensure group visibility in Outlook for Mac.
• Update a specific field in Pipedrive with the SharePoint site’s web address.
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize the automation for reliability and scalability.
• Document the workflow and provide handover instructions for future maintenance.

Skills and Requirements

• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Pipedrive CRM.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint site templates, permissions, and folder structures.
• Ability to integrate third-party applications and automate cross-platform workflows.
• Proficiency in configuring group visibility and permissions within Microsoft 365.
