General Manager, EMEA

Overview

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager, EMEA holds full strategic and operational responsibility for the region, including P&L management, organizational leadership, and commercial strategy execution. This individual will be responsible for maximizing the commercial opportunity in the region through market development, operational efficiency, and sustained revenue and margin growth. The General Manager will lead all commercial functions within the EMEA business, with a particular focus on sales, marketing, and customer partnerships, while fostering collaboration with central finance, supply chain, and product teams located in OCEANA.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Leadership : Hold overall P&L accountability for the region €30m driving top-line growth through operational excellence and strategic market expansion.
• Commercial Leadership : Identify and implement innovative business development opportunities aligned to brand values and strategy.
• Commercial Leadership : Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to enhance market presence and share.
• Commercial Leadership : Take a proactive, entrepreneurial approach in managing major accounts and driving business growth in a competitive environment.
• Change Management, Transformation & Continuous Improvement : Develop an organization with the capability and culture to meet ambitious strategic and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Commercial Leadership and P&L Management : Demonstrated experience in senior commercial roles with full P&L accountability at the regional or country level.
• Commercial Leadership and P&L Management : Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies within branded consumer goods .
• Industry Experience : Deep understanding of the European retail landscape, customer behavior, and market opportunities.
• Industry Experience : Experience in navigating dynamic and competitive markets, with an entrepreneurial and pragmatic approach to execution.
• Growth and Cost Management Experience : History of delivering sustainable growth and profitability in volatile market environments.

Location

This role is based in Munich (Hybrid)

Travel

Frequent travel within EMEA is required to meet partners, distributors, and team members. Quarterly travel to OCEANA is expected for Executive Leadership Team meetings.
