TL;DR

We're hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to own demand generation, funnel optimization, and campaign experimentation across the full customer journey—from first touch to expansion. You will run multi-channel programs, test and scale what works, and drive pipeline growth across ICPs and use cases. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a data-driven marketer who thrives on ownership and iteration.

What you will do

  • Activate and refine ICPs by mapping use cases and personas to campaigns and channels
  • Run high-tempo demand experiments across paid email, landing pages, and syndication
  • Drive inbound growth via the Haystack community, SEO (with agency), and organic social
  • Build outbound programs combining SDR sequences with use case-aligned paid campaigns
  • Launch webinars, roundtables, and developer events with repeatable, data-backed outcomes
  • Track funnel performance with RevOps using attribution, conversion, and pipeline metrics
  • Iterate campaigns based on insights to improve lead quality and inform GTM priorities
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, DevRel, Sales, and Product teams to align messaging and feedback
  • Manage your budget focusing on ROI velocity and channel performance
  • Monitor market trends, competitor moves, and emerging whitespace opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data-driven B2B SaaS or deep tech marketing
  • Proven track record with full-funnel demand generation and pipeline ownership
  • Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns and demand experiments
  • Deep familiarity with ICP mapping, segmentation, and value-based messaging
  • Skilled in HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Webflow, and Salesforce
  • Experience working with SEO and paid media agency partners
  • Strong analytical mindset—you measure everything and iterate fast
  • Experience marketing to both technical (e.g., developers) and enterprise buyers
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments and prioritize impact
  • Bonus: experience with open-source developer communities

Nice to have

  • Background in marketing, LLM, or AI technologies
  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups
  • Familiarity with RevOps or growth analytics tools
  • Experience with event marketing (webinars, roundtables, field events)
