As a Growth Partner, you’ll leverage your network to spark interest in aescolab’s solution among decision‑makers in HR, Corporate Health, and Executive Leadership — particularly within larger organizations in Germany and Austria . Once initial interest is established, you’ll hand the lead over to our internal B2B team to close and manage the relationship. In this role you will work closely aligned with our CEO Stephan.
