To support this growth, we are looking for a senior-level finance professional (m/f/d) to take on the development and leadership of the German business.

Job Description

Lead the business development and client relationship strategy for the German market
Act as the main point of contact for institutional and corporate clients in Germany
Translate insights and client needs into market-specific financial solutions
Drive brand awareness and establish a strong local presence in coordination with HQ
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, risk, legal, and operations teams
Represent the company at relevant industry events, panels, and networking forums
Serve as a trusted advisor and sparring partner (m/f/d) for clients with a focus on long-term value

The Successful Applicant

Multiple years of experience in financial services, preferably in relationship management, business development or structured finance
Solid experience in emerging markets - particularly with financial institutions or clients based in regions such as CEE, MENA, Sub-Saharan Africa, or Asia - as the hiring firm has deep roots in these markets.
Deep understanding of the German financial landscape and local regulatory environment
Strong network among institutional clients, corporates, or family offices in Germany
Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on mentality, and high cultural adaptability
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
