Overview

Our Client is a technology company with a strong focus on safety and innovation. With around 800 employees across multiple locations, they specialize in developing and manufacturing energy systems for safety-critical applications in aviation, security, defense, and rail industries.

As an ILS Manager , you will play a critical role in ensuring the implementation of customer requirements and maintaining operational concepts throughout the product development process.

Role Summary

As an ILS Manager, you will be responsible for defining, creating, and technically reviewing maintenance documents, logistics components, and product data in close collaboration with engineering, operations, and after-sales departments. This role is pivotal in coordinating work with external service providers and ensuring the efficient functioning of logistics structures.

Responsibilities

• Implement customer requirements in maintenance and operational concepts
• Review logistics component in offers and contracts
• Coordinate work with external service providers
• Maintain and create LSA databases
• Create logistical product data such as RAMST analyses, FMECA, MTA, LORA, etc.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Bachelor''s degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
• Several years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of ILS/LSA/LSAR and MIL-STD-1388-2A/2B procedures
• Experience in military maintenance and logistics structures
• Proficiency in English and German (at least B2 level)
• Willingness to travel as required

• Familiarity with preparation of logistical components in technical offers
