At Grupo Oesía, we are growing ! We are looking for an Industrial Systems Engineer to join an important project in Madrid, Spain.

What are we looking for?

• An Industrial Systems Engineer with a degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Communications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or similar.
• Availability for relocation to Spain.
• Experience in operational analysis and development of OpsCon/CONOPS.
• Ability to specify and analyze system requirements and derive subsystem/equipment requirements.
• Competence in designing functional, logical, and physical system architectures.
• Capability to define Verification/Validation plans for system requirements.
• Experience using requirements management tools, especially DOORS.
• Knowledge of Agile and MBSE methodologies.
• Experience in the defense, space, or similar sectors.
• Proficiency in Matlab, Simulink, MBSE.
• Advanced level of English.

What will your duties be?

• Conduct operational analyses and develop OpsCon/CONOPS.
• Specify and analyze system requirements and derive requirements for subsystems and equipment.
• Design functional, logical, and physical system architectures.
• Define and execute Verification and Validation plans for requirements.
• Use requirements management tools such as DOORS.
• Apply Agile and MBSE methodologies in projects.
• Collaborate on projects in the defense, space, or related sectors.
