Industry Expert Automation PCS7 (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

1. Planning and implementation of process controls
2. Design of control hardware
3. Programming of PLC, PCS 7, and visualization systems
4. Creation of step chains for fully automatic operation
5. Execution of remote maintenance on our plants
6. Support of the control system during the commissioning of our process plants
7. Accompaniment of commissioning at the customer site

Your profile

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, automation technology, or completed specialist training as an electronics technician (m/f/d); further training as a technician/master electrician (m/f/d) is desirable
• At least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing PLC system controls in the process industry
• Experience in full automation of process plants
• Very good knowledge of IP-based network technology
• Proficiency in PCS 7 and ideally TIA Portal with WinCC Advanced/Professional
• Knowledge of programming fail-safe control systems is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and German
• Willingness to travel (approx. 10%)
