Originate, structure and execute international project financings, with a focus on infrastructure and renewable energy
Act as transaction and portfolio manager throughout the full deal lifecycle – from due diligence and structuring to execution and portfolio monitoring. Lead cross-functional deal teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders including legal, treasury and credit
Develop and optimize financial models to support robust financing solutions
Negotiate complex contractual frameworks and design tailored financing structures
Advise and support clients in achieving their sustainable development objectives, including carbon reduction and ESG alignment
Several years of relevant professional experience in international project and infrastructure finance, ideally with exposure to renewable energy
Strong grasp of complex financial and legal frameworks; high proficiency in financial modelling
Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
Professional fluency in English and at least basic proficiency in German are required; additional languages are a plus
A proactive mindset, with a passion for decision-making and teamwork. Willingness to travel internationally and high intercultural competence
