YOUR PROFILE

• Training as an IT specialist in system integration (f/m/d), completed studies in computer science, business informatics or similar
• Several years of experience in the administration of IT infrastructures (Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, Azure, networks)
• Knowledge of the application of banking regulatory requirements (in particular MaRisk, BAIT or comparable regulations)
• Ideally experience in IT emergency management, data protection and IT risk management
• Good communication skills, positive charisma and a professional approach to customers
• Strong service and consulting orientation
• Self-confidence and a high degree of initiative

YOUR TASKS

• Support, maintenance and further development of the IT infrastructure (servers, clients, networks, cloud environments)
• Administration of Microsoft and Azure services, Active Directory, M365 and Citrix environments
• Ensuring secure and trouble-free IT operations, taking into account data protection, IT security and emergency management
• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of IT security guidelines and concepts
• Documentation of all relevant IT processes and changes in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Collaboration in the creation and further development of policies, standards and concepts in the IT compliance environment
• Exciting technology projects, e.g. digitalization as well as migration and introduction of new technologies and innovations
