IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (French & English speaking)

Avanda is a Professional Services Consultancy offering IT & Business Resources to large multinational in Switzerland and Europe. We are now looking to hire on a permanent basis an experienced IT Recruiter to join our international team. THE ROLE• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking, and referrals.• Build and maintain talent pipelines to ensure readiness for current and future hiring needs.• Conduct outreach to potential candidates, fostering relationships to identify top talent.• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and align sourcing efforts.• Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the expectations of the job.• Manage candidate data and interactions within an applicant tracking system (ATS).• Stay up-to-date with market trends and sourcing tools to enhance recruitment strategies.• Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and pipeline status.• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve overall recruitment processes. YOUR PROFILE• University / Master degree• At least 3 years solid experience working for an agency in full-cycle IT / Digital Talents recruitment, including candidate sourcing and engagement.• Fluent English; Fluent French or German will be a plus.• Experience in recruiting for multinationals• Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates effectively.• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and data management.• Ability to perform Boolean searches and use advanced sourcing techniques.• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.• Knowledge of market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.• Must be able to work CET office hours.
