IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (French & English speaking)

Avanda is a Professional Services Consultancy offering IT & Business Resources to large multinational in Switzerland and Europe. We are now looking to hire on a permanent basis an experienced IT Recruiter to join our international team.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to ensure readiness for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct outreach to potential candidates, fostering relationships to identify top talent.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and align sourcing efforts.
• Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the expectations of the job.
• Manage candidate data and interactions within an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and sourcing tools to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and pipeline status.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve overall recruitment processes.

• University / Master degree
• At least 2 years solid experience working for an agency in full-cycle IT / Digital Talents recruitment, including candidate sourcing and engagement.
• Fluent English; Fluent French or German will be a plus.
• Experience in recruiting for multinationals
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and data management.
• Ability to perform Boolean searches and use advanced sourcing techniques.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Must be able to work CET office hours.
